The property has been fully renovated and converted into a fresh, clean, well lit, safe and secure facility for the convenience of both residential and commercial customers alike. We are able to accommodate both long term and short-term rentals. We look forward to serving residential tenants including homeowners, apartment dwellers, and students in need of seasonal storage, as well as commercial customers, be they contractors or small business owners in need of a location for the storage or management of supplies, inventory, and equipment, or local businesses in need of space for document storage. We are happy to be able to serve local legal, medical, and other service providers in need of a secure and temperature-controlled location for document storage. We look forward to serving your needs.
Climate-Controlled
Buffalo Storage is an indoor storage facility and all of our storage units are heated and air-conditioned year-round to ensure that your belongings are protected from Buffalo’s cold winters and hot and humid summers.
Wide Range of Unit Sizes
Buffalo Storage has available a wide range of different unit sizes all the way from our stacked 5'x5' lockers and up to our 10'x25' units. Our facility has over 20 different unit sizes. Loading/Unloading Areas
The facility has both a grade level entrance and enclosed loading area at our Broadway entrance, as well as two truck level loading docks at our Spring St. access point. Tenants can pull fully into the property for loading and unloading, for your safety and for the security of all your possessions.
24-Hour Surveillance
We have over 40 video and audio cameras both outside and inside the facility to assure the safety of our tenants and the protection of your belongings.
